Ordering Details:

Ordering:  We require additional information on all personalized items.  Once we receive your order we will contact you either by email or phone for all necessary information.  During checkout you are given the option to send us any special instructions or message. Please use that feature to let us know the best way to contact you.  

Ad Copies:  You can use your own logo and/or straight text.  Email or fax us your predesigned artwork or we can design one for you.  Artwork charges are additional.                                                                                                                                                                      

Proofs:  An E-Proof or Paper proof will be sent to you for approval on all orders.                   

Payments:  All orders are pre-paid, no credit available. . Dont feel safe ordering online call our staff at 905 730 4891 and we will process you order.Dont have a credit card DONT WORRY click here for details.

Production Time:   After receiving approval of proof your order will be processed please allow upto 14 working days for production on most items. Check your desired item for any special production time instructions. Production time does not include shipping time. Production time does not include the day we receive the order.  5 day and 2 day service is available on some products.

          

Ordering can take up to 2 weeks plus transit time.
