A. All our products do include set up fees and design fees. There is a few products on our website that do not include set up fees and are posted in the desrciptions.

5. How long does it take to get my order?

A. Orders can take 1 week to 5 weeks for personalized glass due to the time of the season.Contact us through email to make sure the product will arrive on time.Rush orders can be done but shipping rates increase.

6. Can you order your favors online?

A. Some favors can be purchased online and some must be emailed or called in.

7.How do I put my information in for designing my candles?

A. You can go ahead with the purchase and our staff will contact you and help with the design stage. There will always be a proof sent before it goes to production.
