Consists of a string light with bright LEDs and ribbon which attaches to helium balloons providing a lighted colorful tail. Single larger balloons, such as 16”, will float while smaller balloons, such as 11”, will stand up and walk around. Use two or more smaller balloons and one to float. Great for balloon bouquets and as streamers hanging from balloon arches and other balloon arrangements. The lighted streamers can be used as decoration by themselves to create a colorful party atmosphere for any occasion. Light up functions include constant on, slow blink and fast blink. Uses 2 x CR-2032 batteries, (included and replaceable).
