Free Pick-up available at 47 Ditton Drive Unit 6 Hamilton On Canada. You have your choice of delivery options. Local Rush Delivery Service in Hamilton and surrounding areas will be $15.00 up to 60 lbs. We ship UPS and Canada Post where the most economical delivery price is available. Shipping insurance included on all glass orders. Promotional items may incur additional charges due to weight and packaging. NWT, Yukon, Nunavut and northern remote area's may incur addition charges. Corporate products are not included in our "Free Shipping Offer".
We are not responsible for shipping delays. Packages returned to us due to packages not being picked up, wrong addresses or moved, we will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges these charges will be billed. Actual Shipping costs are non-refundable. Photo ID is required when in-store pick up is chosen. Items will be held for 25 business days, in a event the items are left after that period, Print Canada Store will not be responsible for lost or misplaced orders. A 20% restocking fee will apply on pick up orders refunded due to customer not picking items up. We ship out to the carrier that you choose during checkout and are not responsible for their terms and conditions. Canada Post UPS FedEX
In the event of a labour strike we will not be responsible for late packages.
Glassware is insured with your shipping cost, due to breakage we CANNOT replace personalized products.

Claims and Returns: All damage claims must be made within 5 Business days of receiving your package. Any claim to product quality or broken items will not be processed after 5 business days, please check packages when they arrive and report any issues to firstname.lastname@example.org . You may be asked to send the damaged product back at our cost or picture may be taken of the damaged products. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days on most products unless stated on website. A restocking fee of 10% or minimum $3.00 will be applied to all refunds. You must notify our office if you are returning an item at email@example.com . Refunds may take up to 2 to 5 days to process and must have a copy of your order number in the box, orders sent without invoice or order numbers will take longer to process. Personalized products, special order products or any products that come with personalized tags or stickers cannot be refunded. Products with batteries or use batteries cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days and must be unopened any opened favours will not be refunded. Closeout and discontinued products will not be returnable or replaced. Actual Shipping costs are non-refundable. Undeliverable items: Any refused delivery for any reason or undeliverable due to shipping information provided on the order form will result in extra shipping costs. We reserve the right to not accept an item opened or damaged that is deemed non-resalable condition. Satin and organza fabrics are special order and non refundable. Ordering Details:Our goal at Print Canada Store is to make ordering as easy as possible. Most Items on our website can take 5 to 10 working days to arrive in our warehouse in Hamilton Ontario where all of our items are shipped out. Personalized production times may add to processing times. We do have a great selection of items in stock that can be shipped out the same day. Deadline for same day shipping is 2pm eastern time. Items in December may incur delays in shipping times due to holiday season. Coupon codes only accepted online orders.
We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your screen is the colour that is defined on our colour swatches and pictures shown on the website. Due to many variables (e.g. different monitors, different colour settings, different lighting conditions) the colours you see on your screen may vary from the colours intended. Murano Favours may come with different colouring and may appear offset (slanted) due to the look of favours created in Murano Italy, this is how the favour style is and is not considered defective.
Ordering: All orders will be shipped with tracking information. All Flat Rate shipping and Free shipping offer will be shipped out with the carrier of our choice. We cannot guarantee that every single favour will look identical or will be of the same quality; there may be variations among the favours and this is normal for the industry. Colours in Paper Lanterns may vary from size to size. Any changes to orders must be sent by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails must include order number, invoice change, and person making the order change.
Proofs: An E-Proof or Paper proof will be sent to you for approval on orders upon request. All Glass orders will require a proof before production. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide us with proper information eg. email and also to check email on a regular basis to prevent delay in shipment of your glassware. Anyone not receiving their emails within 48 hours must call us. All glassware proofs will be sent in 24 hrs Monday to Friday. Proofs on glassware will only be sent when a purchase is made. Proofs charges may apply on promotional items and charges may occur if orders are cancelled after proof is send, this cost varies depending on promotional items. No charges will occur with Print Canada Store personalized glassware. Some items do not come with proofs. Any changes to the orginal order eg. colour change, amount of product, and or item/product change, cannot be done during the proofing process, all changes must be emailed and approved by our staff at email@example.com. All orders are processed as per the online/phone order and are considered correct unless a order is changed with customer service. Email confirmation will be required for all changes. Colour changes cannot be made after proof is approved.
Payments: All orders are prepaid, no credit available. No COD orders. We accept Visa MasterCard and Pay-pal Online. We only accept Am-ex by Phone or through email Invoice. Online Ordering call our staff at 1 877 811 3146 and we will process your order. We do not share, sell, or trade e-mail addresses with other companies. Our policy is to protect this information and use it only for communication with our customers. Print Canada Store uses the latest (SSL) (Secure Socket Layers) to safe protect your personal information and Credit Card Information.
Production Time: After receiving approval of proof your order will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for production on most items. Glassware orders may take up to 12 to 15 business days to process, these times do include shipping times. Check your desired item for any special production time instructions. Production time does not include shipping time. Production time does not include the day we receive the order. 5 day and 2 day service is available on some products. Production times on the site are approximate and may vary due to issues beyond our control.
Glassware Ordering: All personalized glassware orders do not include our $9.99 shipping, all glassware orders are shipped out at a reduced shipping rate via Canada Post or UPS. Pick up is available at our showroom at 47 Ditton Drive Hamilton Ontario. Broken glass happens during shipping, we do not ship out new personalized glassware a credit for the broken items will be refunded, we do have the right to ask for pictures for the credit to be applied. In some small cases when there is a large amount broken during shipping we will replace broken glasses provided that it is more then 10% ordered (minimum 24 glasses) On smaller orders replacements will also be in some cases replaced, shipping charges may apply. This includes glassware shipped to our location for pick up.
You can send us your own image which must be ready to print. We can design an image for an event that our images do not fit to your event eg. birthdays, bar mitzvah's etc. Designing can take 2 to 3 days added to production time and proof must be approved before it will go to print. Print colours way vary from product to product and may not match due to product colours. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections in ceramic and glass wares are not considered flaws. Variations in raw materials, glazes, production equipment and firing temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, glaze, colour, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards. No colour matches are available on Orders Under 1000 glasses. Certain images may appear slightly distorted when printed on glasses, because round glasses are both a rounded and tapered surface printed circles may appear slightly egg shaped, squares and rectangles may appear slightly trapezoidal. All orders are processed as per the online/phone order and are considered correct unless a order is changed with customer service. Email confirmation will be required for all changes, phone confirmations will not be taken. All Screen Printed Glassware is hand wash only.
Glassware Rush Charges do not include rush shipping this only applies to the processing of your order. Upgrades are available with discounted FedEx and UPS rates. Rush charges on orders of 600 may require extra processing times. Rush orders will ship out within 3 to 5 business days with our aim to ship all orders in 3 Business Days. Rush times will start after the proof is approved and does NOT include the day of approval. No changes to print colours, number of glasses or type of glass once payment is completed. Rush shipping will not effect production time. Call our staff to process your rush production time.
Coloured bottom glasses may have up to 3 different colours on one Order. Any additional colours will require a new order with a set up fee.
Shipping insurance is included on all orders. Third party shipping is sole Responsibility of the customer. Any charges eg. pick up charges is sole responsibility of the customer. A $5.00 handling charge will be charged for each package to cover the cost of shipping material and cushioning. All pick up orders by someone other than the purchaser must send a email providing the carrier name and driver must have ID before packages will be released. Carrier must sign before release of the product. Print Canada Store has right to refuse pickup of anyone other than the purchaser.
Orders over 1500 glasses may take longer processing time.
Set up fees include providing you with a black and white email image. There will be also included in the set up fee 5 changes. There will also be up to 30 minutes of artwork adjustments eg. adding text to a image. This does not include poor images. Artwork charges are priced at $35.00 per hour. We can only give a estimate on charges and given as a estimate only, no exact fees can be given. In the event an order is printed with an incorrectly submitted artwork/logo, Print Canada Store will NOT be held responsible.
We do not take responsibility for submitted artwork that may be copyrighted, trademarks, patents, etc. This is the responsibility of the customer. Print Canada Store has the right to have customer submit a license release. We will not be held liable for any issues resulting of printing any submitted artwork.
Please provide a contact phone number and correct emails when ordering. Full names must be placed when ordering. Shipping companies may ask for ID and is not the responsibility of Print Canada Store when first names are provided when ordering. If we are not able to call due to non working phone numbers a refund will be issued.
ORDERS OUTSIDE CANADA AND USA We do accept orders from outside of North America all orders must be done through Paypal and purchaser must have verified Paypal Account. Shipping will be based on posted UPS rates and do not qualify for $9.99 shipping. Orders purchased outside of North America and shipped in Canada or USA must have valid phone number and address.
