Yes all is good Gary. Outside of the mis-quote of set-up and shipping. Just hoping I don't have to eat the whole $100.+ dollars that my client was not quoted on. I hate to go in the hole as this has not happen before. Thanks for the follow-up though.
Management Response: All prices are plus taxes and this item was glassware which does not include free shipping. The invoice was email and confirmed before we went to production. You should have let us know about not wanting to pay taxes and shipping and a refund would have been issued.
