Ordered a rush, and it was done and delivered on time for my wedding. My only complaint would be that a few of the shot glasses had a chip in them and a few of the shot glasses had a red/pink tint to them that wouldn't wash off.

There is always a chance that there maybe breakage or chipping due to shipping. If there is any glasses in question we will refund broken glasses.There are sometime a blemish in the glass that may case a reddish colour. This is because they are hand blown and is a industry standard that is out of control, this happens a small percentage. Your order did have shipped 4 extra  glasses.
