I do not understand how did I use my account if I was not logged in and that when I tried to I got notified of error. Moreover, I was trying to purchase the bottle credit card opener that was on a promotional price which I couldn't due to the website error. I wonder how u tell me I did place my order ...when u do not know what was my initial choice nor budget! I had to chose the star keychain today at a higher price as I needed a favor for my event.
