"I must say that I was totally happy with the set of wedding candles and they looked awesome during our ceremony. Unfortunately, the flowers I wanted were not available so I ended up with smaller ones which weren't quite what I wanted but we made due. All in all, Print Canada was a great company to deal with and pretty quick with the order. I will shop there again when the need arises for sure.”

"We were very pleased with the service we received when we first entered the store. There was so much to choose from, but we settled on small tins and printed napkins. Print Canada provided exactly what we wanted to have printed on the tins. The order was completed in about two weeks from the date of order, which is fantastic. Overall we were very pleased with the service, the quality of the items, and the pleasant and helpful staff. We plan to recommend Print Canada to any of our friends who require this type of service. "I ordered playing cards as wedding favors and they spelled my name wrong. They did up new labels but they arrived a week after the wedding. They shipped them via Canada Post, knowing that they were hit or miss with delivery times. Now they will not reply to me and I had to hand out favors with my name spelled wrong. I am not impressed how I didn't get what I had paid for...” Management response: We are very sorry for the mis spelling of the name. When we found this out we had our staff printed new labels that night and shipped them out the next day. We shipped the product xpresspost with Canada post due to the rural area and being a P.O Box . Ups does not delivery to P O Boxes. The new labels were to arrive in time for your event. Due to the overload that Canada Post had AFTER their strike the shipment left here and sat in Mississuaga for 5 business days before sending it to Alberta. Canada Post commented as we changed our rules and do not guarantee delivery. Great stress was put on many business and clients with the strike. The level of service with Canada Post was very poor and our calls to Canada post we were told should have used another courier. We are shipping more items out using Fed Ex and Ups.

Went to the store located in Hamilton to look at a few items that I would need for my wedding 10 months from now. My girlfriend and I were looking at the wine bottle stoppers and asked how much one of them was because it did not have a price. He said they are usually $2.99 each but because they were a returned order and he had them in stock he cou ld give them to me for $2.50. So I purchased them. When I returned home I thought the amount that was charged to my credit card was too much, so I figured it out and it was too much. I emailed him and he told me that he said he could sell them to me for $2.99 not $2.50. It's funny how my friend and I heard $2.50 each. If I knew they were $2.99 I would have waited closer to the wedding, considering I don't have a job right now. It will be his loss because I need more stuff for my wedding and I will be shopping elsewhere. For me, this was very poor customer service Working in the service industry for over 20 years, An unhappy customer is not a good thing for a business.My warning to all is there is no itemized bill so therefore check to make sure all the prices are what has been agreed upon. Management response: When you came to the store you had told me that you had been on the website and had copies in your hand of the items you where looking for, I told you that I can give you $1.00 off he bottle stopper you had the print out in your hand of the stopper. The regular price of the product you were looking for is $3.99 and with the $1.00 off it comes to $2.99. Then when you were asked how many people where attending I said 250 and you corrected me and said that 50 people were attending. I offered to REFUND the stoppers but you refused because we were the cheapest price without the $1.00 off regular price. I also told you that the special price was for the ones in stock and I only had 48, you told me that was fine. When you left the store I received an email (which is not shown) threatening I have to do certain things or else. The FULL REFUND is available on any of our products if you are not happy with your purchase. "I recieved what I ordered and they got here in good condiction. My problem was though that the two candles I ordered despite being the exact same item, they were two different colors. One is pink and one is light orange. Not too please with that.."
