Management response:
The Shadow box arrived in 2 weeks production time is 14 working days stated on the website. There was a computer glitch with the supplier Cathy's Concepts and a replacement glass was shipped out and delivered in 7 Business days. The shot glasses where ordered one week after the shadow box and production is 10 to 13 business days. Our production time was 8 business days. After a phone call to customer the customer received all items and Customer was Happy. Due to high demand the Shadow boxes require extra processing time.
