The options can get a little confusing with the amount of options available. Our staff is ready to help at 1 877 811 31461 877 811 3146. We have not had a complaint before this review but some confusion is when our 5/8 ribbon give you a second line option which is not available on the 3/8, the ribbon is printed right here at wholesale pricing and only a few that print 2 lines on a ribbon. Not sure call our staff to answer all your questions. Thank you for your review.
